Workforce Cloud

Overview

ManyTek Workforce Cloud is a governed workforce platform from ManyTek International, a Virginia-based workforce and cybersecurity company. Self-reported CVs and profiles can't be treated as fact, so Workforce Cloud gives every participant one verified identity and a Workforce Passport. In the Passport, credentials, work history and program activity carry their source, authority and purpose. We designed and engineered the platform end to end.

What we built

A multi-audience SaaS platform with separate, governed entry points for participants, employers, education providers and government institutions.

• Account creation, access verification and role-based onboarding pathways
• Structured participant profiles and the Workforce Passport, which links identity, evidence, credentials and participation history
• Institutional workspaces for employers, education providers, government and ManyTek Academy, all in one cloud rather than separate apps
• Purpose-specific consent and sharing, where every grant has a recipient, purpose, expiry date and can be revoked
• Permissioned, tenant-scoped outcome reporting for programs and institutions
• Clear Live, Pilot, Validation and Planned labels across the platform, so every capability claim stays honest

Our process

• Discovery: mapped how participants, employers, training providers and public institutions each need to enter and use the platform, with evidence and human review at the centre.
• Product design: designed the Passport, the evidence chain and four audience pathways, so no visitor is silently pushed into participant signup.
• Engineering: built the platform with Next.js and TypeScript on a PostgreSQL database, with Python services and an HTML and CSS interface. Role-based permissions, tenant-aware data handling and audit trails are part of the core.
• Launch: released in controlled phases at app.manytekglobal.com, with each capability labelled by its current status.

The result

Workforce Cloud is live at https://app.manytekglobal.com. Participants can sign up and build a governed workforce record, and employers and institutions enter through their own reviewed pathways. AI can assist, but it never verifies, certifies or hires anyone. Authorized people make those decisions, which keeps every pathway traceable and accountable.
